Who are CX Stars?
Taking inspiration from the Michelin Star Guide, which was created to encourage motorists to embark on new culinary adventures, Twimbit CX Stars program aims to inspire companies to cultivate exceptional customer experiences (CX).
Companies will be given a rating of 1 star to 5 stars, based on their ability to deliver exceptional CX, demonstrate best-in-class platforms, processes, and practices that set the benchmark for CX excellence.

Companies will be assessed based on the Exceptional CX Mastery Scale, with recognition extending across regions, countries, and industry verticals for a comprehensive representation. Furthermore, exceptional CX innovations and practices will be given special consideration, adding an extra layer of recognition for exemplary achievements in this domain.
